SALTY DOG SITE RULES

Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Trenoweth Farm does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are male and female and shared.

Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different household.

At least one of the party members must be aged 20 or over.

Trenowith Farm caters for families (immediate members) and couples only – bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

No hen/stag parties permitted

Camping Arrive: 2pm – 6pm
Depart by: 11 am

CANCELLATION POLICY

Balance refunds: no penalties

Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, customers can amend their dates with Trenoweth Farm free of charge for all stays up to, and including, Sunday 5 September 2021.

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Threnoweth Farm is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

Please note that your deposit is paid on invoice to Trenoweth Ltd and is non-refundable within 4 weeks of arrival date.

PAYMENT

Deposit is 50% of the total amount due.

The remainder is payable 1 week prior arrival date.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at the entrance gate. If no one in attendance, please call the following contact numbers:

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify Trenoweth Farm as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your pitch.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Sites will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.

Coronavirus

All onsite food and drink establishments are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to the farm manager immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are shared male and female facilities.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 pm and 7:30 am.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Occupancy

Pitches

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 10 pm to 7:30 am.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area. 

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
